Customers may authorize PrimeCommand to connect to third-party systems such as accounting, financial, project-management, or other business applications.
External system connections are designed to be read-only unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Aggregated and De-Identified Information
We may develop benchmarking and analytical capabilities using information that has been aggregated and de-identified.
Such information must be processed in a manner designed to prevent disclosure of an individual customer's underlying records.
Where benchmarking functionality is enabled, we intend to use privacy safeguards such as:

Lane may use governed PrimeCommand information to explain, summarize, compare, and analyze customer-authorized data.
Lane is designed to operate within the permissions and data available to the requesting user.
AI-generated information may contain errors or incomplete interpretations. Customers remain responsible for business, accounting, financial, legal, employment, investment, and other decisions made using the service.
PrimeCommand does not replace professional judgment.
8. Data Isolation and Access Controls
PrimeCommand is designed to separate customer organizations and restrict access according to user permissions.
Customer data is scoped to the applicable organization and user authorization.
We use controls such as:
- authentication;
- role-based permissions;
- organization-level data isolation;

We intend to use least-privilege access and auditable support processes.
Personnel are not permitted to use customer information for unrelated purposes.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information.
These safeguards may include encryption, access controls, secure credential handling, tenant isolation, logging, backups, monitoring, and controlled production access.

We may retain customer information for as long as necessary to:
- provide the service;
- maintain governed history and audit records;

- maintain security and operational continuity.
Following termination, customer data may be retained for a limited period in backups or records where reasonably required by law, security, audit, or contractual obligations.

We may use third-party infrastructure and technology providers to operate the service, including providers of:
- cloud hosting;
- databases;
